There is area in Mumbai called as Kamathipura, which is very famous red-light area in Mumbai. Here you can find the colonies(chawls/buldings) of prostitutes. Also, there are small house like brothels available. You have to contact the dealer. Usually you can identify this guy by his appearance or just by looking at him as they are searching for customers for the brothel they represent. You'll find n number of prostitutes here in area of Kamathipura.
Apart from this, if you roam at night on Mumbai's streets after 12-12:30 you can find lots of prostitutes on roads itself. Few areas I have seen prostitutes at night includes, Andheri West, JVLR Junction-Jogeshwari, outside of Kandivali station-west etc.
Also, at night if you ask any auto or cab driver, most of the drivers will provide you the info about where you can get prostitutes, if the driver is not new in that particular area.
